Step 1. CALL us at (414) 727-1190 or E-MAIL us with the ITEM # and DESCRIPTION of the item that you wish to purchase. Include your address so we can calculate accurate postage costs.

We ship via USPS PRIORITY MAIL in the U.S. on most orders, with delivery confirmation mandatory (so we both know it got there). Insurance is available at additional cost based on value. We do recommend insurance as all items are shipped F.O.B. our post office. (once we take it there, ownership of the item transfers to you, so any loss or damage is it your sole risk)

Step 2. Upon receiving your order we will place the item(s) on "HOLD" for you and confirm with you that payment can now be made.

Step 3. We prefer payment in the form of a Money Order, but can accept Credit Card payments via Pay-pal. Western Union money transfers and other e-payment methods not listed ARE NOT acceptable, and we will not consider the item SOLD until acceptable payment is made.
